3 Simple Ways to Pamper Your Loved Ones At Home + Bonus Treat for Yourself

To some of us, saying “I love you” to parents or siblings verbally can be downright awkward, isn’t it? It’s totally different when it comes to our boyfriends (or husbands if you’re married). So we resort to buying them gifts or taking them out to Starbucks to show them that we care. Or maybe even take them on a shopping spree at H&M whenever we get bonuses. That’s just the way it is. Especially, if your love language is giving gifts. While these acts of giving are great ways to express our love, today I’m sharing you other exciting ways to take saying those three little words to the next level. Take note that these treats are easy, cheap and can be done at the comforts of your home. Plus, a bonus #metime treat for yourself at the end of this post.

3 Simple Ways To Pamper Your Loves

1) Give them a good facial treatment with a face mask.
My sisters and I love the activated charcoal mask for being effective in ridding out whiteheads, blackheads and other impurities from the face.
Steps:
*Pour out the contents in a bowl and add some water to make a paste.
*Let your sister lie down on the sofa.
*Slather a thick amount of the mixture all over the face.
*Wait for a good 10 to 15 minutes or until the mask is dry.
*Remove the mask slowly as you let the dirt from the face come off.
2) Let their tired feet relax with a foot spa.
Who doesn’t love foot spa? This is my dad and grandpa’s favorite. I especially love using the lavender bath salt for its calming and soothing benefits.
Steps:
*prepare a clean basin with warm water
*sprinkle a pack of lavender bath salt in the water and stir.
*soak your loved one’s feet on it for 10 minutes
*massage the feet then rub with a towel to exfoliate the dead skin
*apply some lotion or balm
3) Give them a simple hand massage with a fruit scented hand balm
Oh that sweet melon fragrance of a balm makes massaging grandma’s hands worth the while!
Steps:
*With clean fingers, scoop a small amount of the balm and rub it through your hands.
*Take more of the balm and massage it on your grandma’s hands.
*Put it in her bag and let her use it whenever her hands go dry.

Don’t Forget About Yourself

Now, as promised, here is the bonus treat that you can have for yourself.
Chadaaaa!
An explosive bath bomb! This peppermint infused bomb is perfect for that luxurious bath your body truly deserves. But if you don’t have a bath tub like in my case, you may use this for a foot spa instead. I, for one, have many callouses especially on my ankles and I find this baby bomb very helpful. I just slice a piece from it and drop it in a basin full of water. Seeing it fizzle and sizzle in the water already gets me on the relaxed mode. A piece of the bomb also goes inside my closet for a refreshing scent whenever I get ready.
So, that’s it! Pamper your parents, brothers, sisters, husbands or boyfriends and (yourself) with these treats every once in a while. They’ll get your message and love you back (even though they won’t tell you, either). You can also do these to your girlfriends during your #girlsbondingtime!
By the way, these Soap Wrap Manila pampering products are all available at a secret lifestyle store called Wood and Willow located at 150 Kamias Road, Diliman, Q.C. There, it’s not secret anymore!
