Pulling off the Embroidered Trend – A Different Take

I didn’t want to put patches on my shirts permanently. Because I know this embroidered trend will eventually die. Also, I don’t have the luxury (or the stingy in me just kicks in) to spend on an expensive embroidered jean jacket only to have it hiding in the closet as soon as the trend is over. So I thought of just layering my basics with this classic tank with embroidery which I think is timeless!

Where I got this dainty embroidered top:

I got this tank top with laces and embroidery from Monochromo shop in Trendsetter’s Bazaar for just Php 299.00. If you happen to follow me on Instagram, this is the shirt with the special message its tag. It reads: “Trust that God will put the right people in your life at the right time and for the right reasons.”

Outfit Details:

  • basic white tee – H&M
  • blue jeggings – Uniqlo
  • tank top – Monochromo shop
  • nude sandals – Rusty Lopez
  • shades – H&M
  • layered necklace – Club Factory
  • sling bag – a Christmas gift from last year
